This is how One. managed to find SwipeGuide's new Sales Development Representative within 20 days

SwipeGuide, one of the fastest growing SaaS platforms for digital work instructions and knowledge sharing software in Europe, now welcomes Sebastian Maier as their newest Sales Development Representative. Sebastian's main mission will be to support companies to deliver the best digital instruction experience to its employees.


Before starting at SwipeGuide, Sebastian was working in Business Development in the sales organisation of Oracle Digital.

What excites me about SwipeGuide is working in a mission driven, young and dynamic environment, bringing an innovative product that does create real value to market. What I am looking forward to most is making an impact on the bottom line, the business with its processes and its team. I feel that SwipeGuide's sociocratic structure is a place to freely bring ideas to the table to be discussed and undergo continuous improvement. The learning outcome for myself will surely be huge.
