Have you got what it takes to be SwipeGuide's next Account Executive?

Two weeks ago we announced our new partnership with SaaS scale-up SwipeGuide: one of the fastest growing SaaS platforms for digital work instructions and knowledge sharing software in Europe.



They are on a mission to eliminate the world from useless paper manuals and instructions, and looking for an Account Executive to help grow and develop new business.


Before we get to the nitty gritty of the role and the requirements, let's have a closer look at what kind of person SwipeGuide is looking for.


Are you down to earth, a conceptual thinker and a curious learner? The candidate has to be a real team player in order to fit in the eclectic team of 20 Swipees that have 15 nationalities with high energy and lots of 'weird' fun.



If your personality fits the company culture, that's already a great start. Now, let's have a closer look at the role itself. You would have to love a good challenge and thrive in a fast-pace environment, as you'll work in a small team of 5 and you'll be responsible to identify and create new sales qualified leads through account-based prospecting and sales in large enterprises.


To get a more in-depth idea around your day-to-day activities, here are some examples of your tasks as an Account Executive:

- Outbound prospecting via social channels, phone and e-mail

- Identifying key contacts across multiple DMU’s and connecting with them

- Diagnosing and (dis)qualifying prospects for MQL

- Planning and executing discovery and demo meetings with multiple stakeholders i.c.w. ESL

- Creating a monthly blogpost

- Delivering training sessions and passing on knowledge by sharing one weekly valuable vertical or application insight

There are a few final requirements for this role. Are you a language guru? Fluency in English is required, but if you also speak German, Spanish or Mandarin you get bonus points!


Do you have:

1- Experience in consultative and high-touch B2B software sales?

2- Excellent presentation, writing and listening skills?; and

3- The know-how to research and understand the business direction and goals of prospects as a whole?
