1 e-commerce platform, a 2-year partnership, 32 crucial hires

The start of our journey.
Two years ago, coincidentally, we came into contact with a great e-commerce solution that was about to be the beginning of One. Starting as a one-off project, from an office hotdesk and just a two-man team at One (then called New Amsterdam Capital), this project with 50five was the kick-start of a long-term partnership.
Since then, one project has turned into a total of 32 hires since the start of our partnership in 2018. And we’ve also helped them with some of their hires in the UK and Belgium. We’re proud that together, we have grown the entire team and almost doubled the team’s total number. Of course, our focus lies on leadership roles. But we also help build entire teams for our close partners, much like 50five.
Fast-forward to 2020, and our strong partnership with 50five has enabled us to find A-Players that fit the business in a new record: a time-to-hire of 2 weeks for 3 hires, solely by being an extension of the team at 50five.
We believe that having the right people in place is the most important ingredient for scaling a business. Especially when expanding internationally and having to build an entire team, it's critical to find the people that ensure your business will take off.
